The candidate should have proven experience of having led a multidisciplinary team of professionals and consistently achieved rated targets. Knowledge of mining rules/regulations and dealing with regulatory authorities is essential.
02	Chief Manager(Accounts)/ Manager(Accounts)(32900-58000)-E5 /(29,100-54,500)-E4	01 (UR)	45 /40 years	CA/ICWA qualified from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Minimum 12/09 years post qualification experience in Accounts Department of a PSU/large concerns preferably in mining & processing industry. Having exposure in areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting, Treasury Management, Taxation and finalization of Accounts. Should have due exposure in dealing with Statutory Authorities /Government Departments and should have worked in computerized environment with knowledge of ORACLE.
03	Chief Manager/Manager(Personnel) (32900-58000)-E5/(29,100-54,500)–E4	01 (UR)	45/40 years	Degree in any discipline with 02(two) years full time recognized PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management. Degree in Law will be an added qualification. Minimum 12/09 years post qualification experience in any PSU/large organization and having held individual responsibility of handling all maters pertaining to labour, industrial relations and general administration of the organization.
04	Supdt./Addl.Supdt. (Instrumentation), (29,100-54,500)–E4/ (Rs.24,900-50,500)-E3	01(UR)	40/35 years	Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from a University/recognized Institution. Minimum 09/06 years post qualification working experience in the field of PLC based controls(C&I) system especially in slurry/liquid/viscous flow, smart filed instrumentations, VVFD drives, online analyzers etc.
05	Addl. Supdt./Dy.Supdt. (Electrical) (24,900-50,500)-E3 /(20,600-46,500)-E2	01(UR)	35/30 years	Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with adequate computer knowledge from a University/recognized Institution. Minimum 06/02 years post qualification working experience preferably in mines/ mineral beneficiation/cement/chemical plants. VVVF Drives, D.C. speed controls through thyristor converters and PLC, control systems, H.T. & L.T. motors, switchgears, operation and maintenance of EHV upto 132 KV switchyards and sub-stations or similar fields.
06	Addl.Supdt.(Mill)/ Dy.Supdt.(Mill.) (24,900-50,500)-E3 /(20,600-46,500)-E2	02 (UR-1, OBC-1)	35/30 years	Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with adequate computer knowledge from a University/recognized Institution. Minimum 06/02 years post qualification working experience in Hydro Metallurgical plant/ Chemical/Cement Plant. Proven experience in crushing and grinding systems is essential.
07	Addl. Manager(EDP) /Dy. Manager(EDP) (24,900-50,500)-E3 /(20,600-46,500)-E2	01 (UR)	35/30 years	Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/MCA from a university or recognized institution (full time) with 06/02 years of exposure in the area of Online Material Management System, Pay Roll & Online Financial Accounting System, Depreciation and Provident Fund with able to work on AIX (IBM UNIX), ORACLE 8i/9i/10g, D2K, Pro Cobol/Pro C.
08	Dy. Manager (Accounts) (20,600-46,500)-E2	03 (UR-2, 01-OBC)	30 years	CA/ICWA qualified from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience in Accounts Department of PSU/large concerns preferably in mining & processing industry having exposure in the areas like Works Accounting, Project Accounting, Treasury Management and finalization of Accounts. He should have worked in computerized environment with knowledge of ORACLE.
09	Asstt.Supdt.(Indl.Engg.)(16400*40500)-E1	01(UR)	30 years	Degree in Industrial Engineering Or equivalent OR Graduate in Engineering with PG qualification in Industrial Engineering from a University/recognized institution. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience in the relevant area in any PSU/large organization.
